We want to offer you a complete service so that you can dream about your home and let us build it the way you want.
From a first meeting in your town, a project estimate, a presentation of your future home, the construction of your new white spaces to the first night in your new home.
But that's not all: you'll also benefit from a presentation of the island and its French community, so that you're not just a tourist in your new country.
Meeting
After obtaining some information by phone and e-mail, we'll first meet at your premises. It's important to have a first contact to fully understand a customer's expectations. Then we'll draw up an initial financial plan and define all the important details: timetable, project, budget and special wishes.
Project
Once everything is defined, we can begin the project, the paperwork, the bids and the construction. Then we'll meet on site at your convenience, or on a face-time as required, to discuss details or simply enjoy the benefits of the island.
Living
After this construction period, we'll meet again to discuss the interior design. You'll be able to enjoy your home the following summer or spring.
Extra sevices
You think you have to take care of your home when you're away, no problem, we offer services.
Your house will be ready before you arrive, and we'll pick you up at the airport or port and take you to your home. If you wish, you can have a concierge who will be your contact on the island if you have a request. You can also request a maid service and much more.
